[!--quoteo--][div class=\\\'quotetop\\\']QUOTE[/div][div class=\\\'quotemain\\\'][!--quotec--]Let's go on, because there are many lies which have been exposed during this week. Do you remember Calciopoli? It was all extremely clear when in 2005 the calls made by Moggi came out. Some months ago the lawyers of Moggi during Naples trial say: the magistrates and the Carabinieri have not used all the calls. Why? Because what Moggi did everyone did in reality, even those who proclaimed themselves victims of the cupola of Calciopoli. Facchetti did the same and (the lawyers of Moggi) revealed clamorously a call between Facchetti and Bergamo, in which, the lawyers of Moggi say, Facchetti told Bergamo “put in Collina”, the referee whom, according to Moggi's lawyers, Facchetti wanted to impose to Bergamo, clearly because Collina was favorable to Inter. Someone said: Facchetti did it in order to defend himself from the cupola, but the real question is: did Facchetti really said that sentence?, because if Facchetti said it then Inter have to be prosecuted exactly the way the other clubs involved in Calciopoli were prosecuted. Proving that Facchetti is guilty doesn't prove that Moggi is innocent though. If ever we have two people who are guilty, we have one more person who is guilty. Instead Moggi wanted to use it in order to say: Facchetti did it as well, then I'm innocent. This is the theorem which is usually applied with Berlusconi and Craxi in the past: if I'm a thief but I can prove that there is another thief, then we are not two thieves, we are both not thief! This is not how things really should work, but if it could be proved that Facchetti has asked for and obtained, but even just asked for, a referee to the designator, it would mean that he had, at least once, done what Moggi always did, and Inter should be, proportionally, prosecuted.
All this mess all of a sudden stopped, we didn't hear anything about it any more, in the meanwhile the trial was going on even if the newspapers told us nothing and the people knew nothing about it. What happened then? It happened that the Court asked an expert to listen again to that particular call in order to certify whether the lawyers of Moggi were right and even Inter had to be prosecuted because of what Facchetti said. The son of Facchetti had already said: no, that was not my father's voice, it was clearly Bergamo who said that thing about Collina and not my father, whose voice I recognize. But they didn't trust him and said: it's Facchetti's son, he defends the memory of his father and can't be trusted. So the expert sent by the Court verified and what did he verify? That it was Bergamo who said that thing and not Facchetti. So all the mess created by Moggi and his trumpeters, who are many yet, on the various newspapers, was based on something which is false, they have slandered a dead man. How? Simply by inverting the sentences and attributing to him a thing Bergamo had said. Of course, (after this discovery) there has not been the same clamour which there had been before (when the newspapers said that it was Facchetti who said 'put in Collina'), so there are many people, even in good faith, who believe that Moggi is harassed by the lobby of the magistrates, allied with Inter. It is not clear for what reason magistrates from Naples should be allies of Inter, but there are lots of people, even in good faith, who believe there is a conspiracy, because they have no chance to see a larger scenario and so everyone simply trust his fav club. Some (many, I say) juventini think that Juventus are victims of a conspiracy. Why? Simply because they were not given the means to understand that the management of Juventus in that era, the Moggi-Giraudo era, was a management which was polluted by the permanent and steady sporting illicit act. A juventino, who knows the facts and feels shame for what his fav club did, says it.[/quote]
